GEU & PSU LMC Meeting
Discussion for setting the PECBA start date for March 1st, 2024, in order to be in compliance with Article 28.3.3 of the CBA. This was done under the assumption that bargaining between GEU & PSU would follow similar formats as previous bargaining, with weekly meetings meeting for 3~4 hours each week at least. GEU also expressed interest in not spending time negotiating over ground rules. With the academic schedule of PSU, GEU proposed first meeting in April after the Spring term has started.
